.The following is a timeline of my ideal Sunday morning: • Sleeping until at least 9am. • Waking up next to my girlfriend and pestering her until she too awakes. (She hates that, by the way. Her sleepy eyes narrow to slits and she peers at me unhappily.) • Reading in bed. • Getting up, taking a piss, putting on a sweatshirt, and making strong coffee even though I'm very awake in the mornings. I love drinking coffee in the mornings – especially on Sundays. • Opening up the window blinds to let the morning sunlight in. • Getting online, checking email, and reading a few news briefs. • Getting up again, still un-showered, putting on jeans, a t-shirt, and flip-flops. • Walking down to the Big Sky Café and ordering pancakes filled with fresh berries and Swiss cheese. • Talking with my girlfriend about our future over breakfast and more coffee.
